I like the perspective :-) There's something about the person's face that makes him look happy. Not sure what it is. It seems to me the lower part of the image in dark doesn't add anything to it...and perhaps takes something away. Just using my hand to crop it off at the bottom looks more pleasing to me. Also, the line in the window going straight into his head might be a bit of a distraction. Nonetheless, there's something fun about this shot.
