I probably would've moved a little to the left to get a different angle on the entryway. Great idea for the theme though. It's shame that an eating establishment that sells Shish-Kabobs, Pizza's AND Water Ice Milkshakes can't make a go of it.

I think black and white would be far more effective for this shot, but the idea is there.

It maybe better to crop the person behind the house.

Tough time of the year for beachfront businesses...Boardwalk looks pretty lonely. High relevance for me. The composition is a little tight, especially on the top and left. The tonal range is a little flat. Feels a bit like a snapshot.

I see the relevance, but Im not sure about the shot itself. Its pretty middle of the road for technique and quality, and the composition isnt very striking
