It doesn't really feel like a crowd, more a guy standing in front of some shadows. Nice lighting though!

The face here is obviously the focus. The crowd should be secondary after all the theme is a face not faces in a crowd.

Face, for sure, crowd, sorta... On my monitor, the greenish tint is not so attractive.

There's not much here in the way of a crowd, just a few shadows in the background. Nice prtrait, though.

Green tint? really, because this is a true black and white image, perhaps you need to calibrate your monitor. I've checked it on many monitors now and there isn't a green hue that I can see.
