Interesting image, has a strange feel to the blurring, especially the guy at the right of frame. Is this blur "in camera"? I would have cropped the top a little to loose the light in the upper right corner.

I imagine that this picture was sort of taken on the fly, and for that it is a good picture, although the blur or motion pan may be to much while the subject is not fully in focus, nice shot though.

Thanks for all the comments. Yes, this picture was taken 'on the fly' so to speak, and it is poor quality on a number of levels - but the way in which the girl's face seems immobilized and in clearer focus than everything else around her appealed to me in some way.

I agree with Ana - I also think the image gets more attractions and appeal with such a framing..- I like the pastel tones too.
