Yes it is hard to get correct exposure in these kind of conditions

This could be good, just too bad about the exposure. The sky is really blown and the faces are really dark.

Yeah it was shot with an old analog camera and exposure isn't that easy as with my D70s, on top of that, it was shot with slide film which is even more difficult than film. Last but not least, the slide had to been scanned so again you loose quality. But... i think.. sometimes an image, the atmosphere, the subjects, the composition, colors, etc, can be pretty strong and more important than a correctly exposed one. So, in this case, i like the shot, even if it's not technically perfect.

I've come back to this a few times....It's a great 'street shot' and I love the colours. I just wish the building were sharper, and the sky not as distorted.

I like the feeling of movement but wish the crowd was not so soft. On the other hand, the orange turban and aviator glasses work very nicely for the impact and fashion portion of the ratings.

I like the atmosphere and the color - think "the" face is the man on the left ! wish a bit more focus though !

The lighting on this image combined with the out of focus aspect contribute to an image that is against my tastes.

I find that I'm drawn more to the light and wires in the shot and the crowd's an after thought.
