Is this a "Happy California Cow" or perhaps a "Eat More Chik'n Cow?" (I know the non-Americans on Weekly Shot may not get those two advertising icon references. My apologies.) Whatever the purpose of this cow, it certainly draws your eye. Is this on your way to work?

What a tiny person crossing that bridge. Bright, colorful and happy, with the added irony of having the beef steak next to the picnic table. High marks.

the concept is that various artist of a given town are asked to somehow decorate a plastic cow - and then the cows are displayed on the streets and squares of the city for some time.
