I think the thumbs up ruins the mood of the photo a little.

Very good. I like how you changed position during the long exposure. Not sure why you chose to give a "thumb's up"... Also, think about cropping tighter on the right, and getting rid of some of that dead space.

I really like the two faces ( multiple exposure? ). I'm not sure what the lighted walkway/peir thing in the top left contributes though.
