This is more creative than many self-portraits- I once knew a fellow photographer who did a series of photographs using pictures and small items that were important to the subject (all arranged on a light table). This picture isn't as effective as the series I viewed, but nonetheless it does work and it's very inventive.

I think it meets the relevance score better than most.
