This has gotten featured because it's an amazing photograph...no denying that!! I'm assuming folks (for the most part) gave it a 55555, because it's a wonderful image to look at. Totally stunning, I'd say.
But personally, this shot draws my eyes directly to that sky. I didn't think, "Wow, look at that photograph of the windows!!!" I thought, "Wow, look at that SKY!!" And then my eyes go to the roof and its wonderful shape, then the tones, and the perfect lighting, then the woman...in a window.
I gave it 3, 4, 5, 5, 5.

I also think the woman adds to the image, but looking at it again, I find the sky overprocessed and detracting from the image as a whole. I think it's because the contrast between building and sky has been brought so close together. I think the building needs to be lighter in tone or the photo looks too unnatural.

But great shot! The woman definitely makes it. :)
