Seems like I saw this somewhere recently. I think the sign reflected in the puddle shows a great awareness of your surroundings, and it's handled technically well. It's just not that interesting to me. One thing I really do like is the fact you've taken a different approach to this theme than most.

As this loaded, I was going to give it a low impact and composition score. Until I saw that reflection in the puddle. Nice work!

This is quite good. I might have chosen to crop some at the bottom, I don't believe the reflection needs to be as far off the lower edge as the sign is off the top edge. Quite good though.

i was going for a more subtle take on the night theme. a run down motel nestled in the middle of eroding asphalt does not work as a grandiose/ high impact image! :D
It is that "dark" part of night where you have driven for hours - beyond exhaustion - contemplate checking into Paradise Motel...but decide to keep on driving.

I really like this shot, but I wish the reflection of the sign wasn't visible in the puddle. I know that was probably done on purpose, but I feel like it's rather distracting.

Very nice image technically. I think there is something missing from the image to put over the top on a "connection" level with the viewer however.

This type of shot is more impactful as a night shot to me. I mentioned this before on a photo prior. Night is quiet.
