A really nice idea - but the composition lets things down a bit I think - as it's so geometric, in my eyes you should have framed it that way - getting the whole of the engine in - or cropping at the same point top and bottom .. a square crop would have worked well....

I would have felt much more strongly about this pic if it had been cropped more tightly. An otherwise good pic.

As an airline employee, I savor this photo. Was it attached to an aircraft? or do you have access to engines in the shop?

Cool. Too bad the crop cuts off some of the circle. I like it though.

Nice shot...I would have liked to have seen the entire engine rather than the crop however.
