Wonderfully cute and delightful! Very high marks for all but relevance... it does not have much of an urban feel. Decay yes, urban not so much.

I don't think the very bright highlight at the top of the fender, near the headlight, adds anything--the highlight on the bumper is more than adequare--so I might crop it a bit tighter. Itg would make the cat stand out more, too.
