Excellent shot, it manages to create an atmosphere right from the start.
What bothers me though is the higher part of the photo with a bit overblown light, which shades the top of the tree.

I like this. Above and beyond the silhoutte theme, there is a feeling of quiet solitude - maybe even a forlorn feeling of solitude.
