the "noise" is filmgrain. ilford 400 b/w film.

yes, i realize this! I just don't think it compliments this composition, is all I was saying. I would like this sort of shot a bit shaper/clearer. Just a preference, though. I love what b/w film can do for some types of scenes and situations, but in this situation, it seems to detract from the composition. But as i said, quite relevant!
