I like the effect, but it just doesn't jump out and say 3 to me. Other than that, it's a really nice image.

I enjoy seeing Lomo images here! However, there are a few aspects of this image that detract from its effect. 1) The much smaller size and odd color of the third smokestack diminishes the impact of the "three" theme. 2) The white border added to the image is distracting from the impact of the image. Finally, 3) the artifical water (or 3-D effect?) on the border and the image.... is distracting and diminishes my desire to view the image and figure out its message.
Please... I am afraid I may sound harsh, but I really do not mean to... I am just trying to report on my impressions... I think the image is very nice, but was just distracted by some parts.

Well, it's a Holgaroid. The white border and the artifacts on it are part of the Polaroid itself and were not added. I purposefully did not want to remove them.

the swoopy roof thing sort of gets in the way, but it's relevant otherwise.

Thank you, Lenscape... I did not realize those were simply part of the way the actual image was processed... I thought it was a photoshop add-on.
Did you pur together this Holgaroid? Blending a polaroid and a holgs together somehow? If so, I'd love to see what it looks like if you have an image of it somewhere.

Lange, I couldn't figure out a way to send you an email directly. So if you come back here...a Holgaroid is a Holga camera with a Polaroid back attached to it. Normally, the Holga uses 120 film, but Polaroid manufactured for a while (not anymore though) a back that accepted Polaroid instant film (Type 80 series film) that could attach to the back of the Holga camera with its back cover taken off. Holga + Polaroid = Holgaroid.
