The image is quite flat and would benefit from more contrast.
The guy bending over is distracting and could be cloned out very easily (along with the crates)
The relevance is a little weak but that is probably because it is such a wide shot. I think I can see what you were trying to do but it's not quite worked.

I hope you take these comments positively as they are meant to be constructive.
