I love your subject, what a great face. The elevator line down through the image is a bit distracting because it cuts through his ear, and the light reflection also takes your eyes away from his face a bit. Easy to fix in PS though.

Yeah, I definitely agree about the elevator line... maybe I'll edit that out...

I kinda like the light reflection, but I wish it was more uniform and on the right side as well.

I somehow think this would work a lot better as a square crop or vertical orientation.
