It doesn't say so much 'farewell' as 'going for a walk in windy weather' to me - great shot nevertheless, but one we've seen several times in this theme.

King! I'm surprised you thought it was a self-portrait by me - I don't have this kind of wide open space in hilly Yorkshire! But it has the kind of quality I'm hoping to achieve - it is a great shot.

@Nynke...You might have taken a trip. I thought this looked more like where the UK meets the sea than my native, sunny southern California. According to Carlo's website, this is the west coast of Scotland.
