This is a nice moment. The positioning of the child dead center in the photo with the line of the doors behind her makes it look a little like a snap shot though. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Some of our most cherished moments get preserved in snap shots. However, it may not measure up to the high standards of Weekly Shot.

I think this needs a bit of a skew. All those traight lines in the background spoil the framing. Saying that I like the colour, and the expression captured

Hi, guys. Thanks for the comments. I appreciate the feedback. On the subject of the photo looking somewhat like a snap-shot, this was precisely my aim. Because of the subjects innocence, and child-like joy I felt that a technically correct composition would ruin the mood. I wanted it to seem as genuine as possible - as though someone had swung round and 'snapped a shot.'
