It's a shame that this was submitted so late. I'd have thought that an upside down pedestrian hurling a fireball at another pedestrian would have had a great shot at getting some good ratings and possibly, a feature.

Its certainly original. The impact comes from the figures and the faux(?) blood, but I guess they are on the floor.

@all: This scene was capture while I was in New York and I saw this on the ground. My thought were the same as eterisk, flipthom and stolenlife. No other context :-)
