Interesting image. A tighter crop - getting rid of the stuff on the right - might make it more intimate, and seem less like a shot out of a pasing car window.

The drama in this shot for me is that it appears that she has seen much hardship. She looks very worried and overwhelmed.

A touch dark, although I realise that does add something to the image. I like this a lot.

Hmm...I have to disagree about the crop, she appeares to be asking for money from someone in the vehicle that is to the right, which is what helps to make the statement in this shot, IMO.
It also appears to have been taken from within the car.

Did you take this through glass? I can see the reflection of a CD in the top right.

I wonder what she is thinking

jr66, yes you are right, I taken it through the glass. I was around Dhaka by car for business; unfortunately there was not the possibility to take the glass down. I have been deeply attracted from this scene, so I decided in any case to take the pic even if through the glass. But, at the end, personally, I'm happy for the result.

I can't help but think that you took this without her consent.. it would look like you're in a vehicle.
Maybe if you'd crop a bit, removing the reflection and parts of the vehicle, the image would've been a more engaging portrait.
Right now, all I see is the contrast between someone not so well off on the street and someone in a car.
