This is a self portrait in some kind of reflective surface while riding your bike? Terrific. Whey did you crop out the person's head? Perhaps it isn't cropped, but simply missing from the image. If this is a reflection, you cleverly flipped it in processing. Otherwise, there is evidence that this shot isn't reflected. The motion blur is circular rather than linear, which tells me that you were using a very wide angle lens and that the upper half of the photo truly is cropped out.
I like the processing.

Relevant to the subjectmatter depicting movement but I finf the photo a little uninteresting.

@MacroManiac : I guess you're not the only one..-personnaly, I find it quite interesting on many aspects (technic, color combination, point of view,..) but that is my own opinion !
