Love the stars. Midline horizon makes the shot a bit stagnant and I get distracted by the busyness of the scene below. The green tones seem odd to me, a bit too olive-y...something unnatural about the color. I find myself not knowing where you want us to look. Not a true sense of story in this pic.

I'm realizing the strong horizon, emphasized by the train trellis slices the pic while the river wants to lead to the horizon. They end up cancelling each other's impact for me.

Laura--Thank you for your comments. I really liked this shot, but after trying multiple variations on how to best crop it, ended up with what you see above--something that I felt was lacking, but compelled to post it anyway. The lights on the left side of the shot are actually quite "green" in real life and with this 30 second exposure really came through. It's always good to hear what others think here..thanks again for your insight!
