This is just great everywhere, love the motion blur, love the colors, love the sharp center...

Thanks everyone. This was an art installation at a university (just a bunch of thin red poles sticking up out of gravel really), but I thought a pull zoom would give it a bit of punch. These sort of shots are as much luck as technique I think, but it's a technique I like.
Gorin - was it a zoom in or a zoom out? I can't remember. I seem to think it was a zoom out. You should be able to tell by looking at it, but now I'm not sure.

The zoom blur certainly raises the impact, but it also reduces the quality.
