this is a wonderful photo that takes your eye to the sky and down the track.

Although a little bit blurred on the buildings at the right, this is wonderful. High marks

Story behind the image:

This was the Cranbury Station stop along the Camden-Amboy rail road that began operation in the early 1800's. If I remember correctly, trains stopped running on these tracks some time in the early 1980's. Although the portions of track closest to my childhood home have been removed, in my mind I can still hear the sound of the steam whistle as if it were yesterday.

Strong lines in this composition, but isnt this toned?

joecow said 364 days ago:

I think I'd like to see farther down the track... Love the sky though.

These clouds are gorgeous.

I'll probably show my ignorance, is sepia B&W??
I like this image. The sky seem to go completely to black in the upper right, not sure why?

Dave_Mac said 364 days ago:

Love the photo, but it's not B&W. It's dark sepia toned. Otherwise it's great!
