Perhaps a bit dark for my taste, but I am still vacillating about how to score this. I love the texture and the feel... ok time to score.

this is more of an abstract than a 'texture' to me, but it's VERY cool. I like! I wonder what it could be!

This is a beautiful abstract. It's subtle and graceful. I just don't know if it fits the theme.

This is a motion blurred shot of a bunch of cables in the machine room of the computer graphics company I work for. It is virtually untouched in photoshop. I painted out one annoying bright spot from the left edge of frame. The colors and tonal range is exactly out of the camera.
I know it doesn't scream texture, but if you look close and notice the subtly, every area of the image is textured. IMHO.

Beamer, as a fan of this shot I think it could have been a bit lighter so that the texture could have come out more. Depending on what angle I have my laptop screen it can look really dark or lighter as I more the screen and I prefer seeing it lighter for this. And I know that I love to be able to post images straight from the camera myself, there is a certain amount of satisfaction knowing that you got it right the first time, but sometimes a little tweaking is necessary. :-)

@owen-b actually no. I really think this image is very textural. It is certainly abstract and is probably too dark and subtle to be displayed on a pure white background like this site uses, but....
