Great picture, although I think that in color the textures would show more clearly.

I had tried it in both color and black and white, and the black and white seemed to show more detail.

Cool, or should I say cold! My comment would be to push the contrast to accentuate the textures.

Even in black and white, that looks delicious. In fact, I think the fact that the textures stick out so well in black and white is proof that this deserves high marks. The only thing that bugs me is the fact that the top of the ice cream is a bit too close to the top of the photograph. But overall, very nicely done.

Having a hard time seeing the 'texture' in this one.. The cone has a bit, and I guess the ice cream does when it's in your mouth.. lol
