The little things in this shot make me wonder about its age. For instance, the television antenna in the background. You don't see too many of those anymore. Also the cars behind the statue seem pretty dated, as does the sign. However, I didn't notice any of that until I looked at this picture for the third time today. That Volkswagen holding gorilla personifies the Impact category. I'd love to know the story of this picture.

Thanks for the comments! it was a little bizarre when we saw it. This was taken 3 years ago up in Vermont a little north of the Vermont teddybear complex. We saw it as we were driving to our next destination, so I'm not really sure what it was for, we just saw big gorilla with bug. haha! Alot of stuff in VT looks a little dated. We took shots of a lot of shacks too. Sorry kadenajack, no 'amazing' story! Just a 'funny thing found.' :)
