I have a hard time fitting a 'beach' into the 'neighborhood' category. But lucky for you to have this in yours!

cferroni said 491 days ago:

Thanks Ana, well, this is indeed 2 minutes walk from my house and the dark strip on the right is the town of Troon, in Scotland where I live. When we go for a walk this is where we go, so this to me IS my neighborhood...
Here is where I live: http://tinyurl.com/33kpfg

Nice. I'm moving to a neighborhood just like this. This is a tad dark for my taste but high marks otherwise.

I want to live where you live.

Soph said 490 days ago:

I'd wish to live in your neighborhood!

culberda said 490 days ago:

This doesn't strike me as very unique or neighborhood-like.

Nothing quite like an unspoiled beach.

Thanks to all, I must say I am a little more than annoyed of having such a poor relevance rating (2.71 as I write), It seems that unless one lives somewhere 'familiar' to the voter than whatever it is is not counted as neighborhood.

The theme was quite explicit:
"We are photographers from all around the world. What seems commonplace outside our front doors, on our street, or in our towns, can actually be in stark contrast to what others are used to seeing. Show us what you see in your neighborhood and you may be surprised how unique your surroundings are."
This IS indeed what I see in my neighborhood, and no, possibly not unique, but it is indeed 'my beach'...

So frustrating...

This looks like sunset in someone's neighborhood.

Hummingbird said 490 days ago:

@cferroni, this looks very familiar to me although we live a very long distance apart. My new neighborhood is all beach, the parts that aren't developed I should say. I see beach all around me from my home and I will even soon be living on the beach. I guess when that isn't familiar to someone it is hard to see as neighboord though.

I gave you a five on relevance. I think some folks on here are just jealous.
