I generally love the look of old, weathered hands -- they make me think about the life that they must have experienced. And these were quite impactful until I scrolled and could see the entire photo...found the tweak of humor in the inadvertantly unzipped pants distracted me from the subject. It is a very well captured shot, but the humor takes away from the hands...

Nice shot, including the unzipped zipper. Too bad the light is not coming from the best direction for your subject matter, but I guess that couldn't be helped without introducing yourself to the subject and asking for his/her cooperation (I can't tell if this is a man or a woman. One would guess man, but the lips look feminine.)

I know, I'm going to get stomped, but I love this. I was expecting another shot of the weathered old hands showing me wisdom and age, and then I realized the guy's zipper is wide open.

The handds don't seem to be the focal point, but this made me laugh.

This is a thoroughly engaging image. Not sure where to look... LOL! ...but either point has relevance to the topic, perhaps. :)

The crop works for me... I don't need to see the full face and, to be honest, it might distract anyway.

The treatment is more burned (is that the term?) than I might prefer... not a problem just sharing my POV. The pants/cane seem a little soft... probably a DOF issue since the sleeve & zipper/etc look nice. (I'm just being picky... gave high marks.)

I found the hands captivating in this image. As we age, the texture of the skin changes, and especially for males, it seems the skin of the hands darkens (more so than with women) over time. That said, I am presuming (though I may be mistaken) that this is a male... mostly from the stance.

Overall a very nice picture. I think the open "fly" unfortunately detracts from the relevance and impact in regards to "hands" though.
