Makes me sad to think what those hands may have been through.
This shot has something extra for me-
hand,hair,head,highlight,and maybe hurt.

The dof is almost surreal on this image. Did you use a REALLY large aperture? Or was this done post processing with gaussian blur?

I used a wide aperture for this shot.
